Qualifications

Parkland Ambulance Care Ltd. welcomes all applicants and potential employees who want to pursue a career in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). EMS is a challenging, demanding and rewarding profession.

If you are applying for a specific position within our company here is what you need:

EMT/PCP

• Complete an application form
• Attach your resume
• Enclose your certification of EMT/PCP program completion
• Proof of current CPR level C
• Proof of current AED provider certification
• Proof of BTLS Basic certification
• Copy of current provincial registration if already registered in Saskatchewan or another province
• Copy of provincial driver's abstract with last 6 months
• Copies of any other certifications or professional achievments

EMT-A/ICP

• As above except certificate of applicable program completion

EMT-P/ACP

• As above except certificate of applicable program completion
• Proof of ACLS provider certification instead of AED
• Proof of BTLS Advanced instead of BTLS-Basic

Once your application has been received it will be acknowledged and you maybe asked to proceed further through our hiring process.
