Parkland Ambulance Care Ltd. takes pride in the men and women who are the first and vital link in a "zero minute" response for emergency care. The communication center of Parkland Ambulance handles thousands of emergency and non-emergency calls for medical, fire and general information assistance.

Parkland Ambulance's dispatch center is state of the art with computer aided dispatch and on-line status management. With AVL units in all ambulances and an enhanced fleet net radio system, the EMD and EFD communication specialists are ready for an emergency.

Training for all communication specialists is conducted by National Academy of Emergency Dispatch certified instructors. All Parkland Ambulance communications personnel are both emergency medical and emergency fire dispatch certified. With computerized ProQA™ software, our dispatch system is integrated and seamless from the start. Backed up by enhanced audio recording from Dictaphone, Parkland Ambulance is a specialized communication center for all your needs.

Parkland Ambulance central dispatch currently provides emergency medical dispatch or emergency fire dispatch to numerous communities across Saskatchewan.
